1- غرفتكم:
- الغرف الخاصة:
إنّها الغرف التي تحتوي سريرًا واحدًا إضافة إلى حمام ومرحاض وهاتف وجهاز تلفزيون ومكيّف هواء بارد وساخن.
- الغرف المشتركة:
إنّها الغرف التي تحتوي على سريرين إضافة إلى حمام ومرحاض وهاتف وجهاز تلفزيون ومكيّف هواء.
Comfort
1- Your Room:
- Private rooms:
Each private room includes one bed, bathroom, W.C., phone, T.V., A/c (hot and cold).
- Common rooms:
Each common room comprises two beds as well as a bathroom, W.C., phone, T.V.
2- مرافقة الأطفال:
يحقّ لفرد من العائلة أن يرافق الطفل المريض في غرفته.
2- Keeping children company:
Any family member has the right to accompany his child during his stag.
3- النقل من قسم إلى آخر:
يحتّم في بعض الأحيان نقل المريض من قسم إلى آخر أو من غرفة إلى أخرى (لأسباب طارئة أو لأيّة أسباب أخرى)، خاصة إن استلزمت إقامته في قسم العناية الفائقة أو غيره لبضعة أيام.
3- Moving from one division into another:
Sometimes it is required to move the patient from one division into another or from a room to another for urgent or any other reasons, particularly if the patient needs to stay in the intensive care unit or in any other department for several days.
4- الوجبات والمشروبات:
تمرّ إختصاصيّة التغذية ومساعداتها على المرضى يوميًا لتسجيل لائحة الوجبات مع الأخذ بعين الإعتبار ذوق كلّ مريض والنظام الغذائي الذي فرضه طبيبه. وتوصيتنا الأساسيّة إلى طاقم المطبخ أن يتقيّد بقواعد النظافة وأن يوفّر المأكولات الطازجة ذات النوعية العالية، على احترام عاداتكم الغذائية ومعتقداتكم الدينيّة.
4- Meals and drinks:
The dietician and her assistants will visit the patients daily in order to register a list of their desired meals, taking in consideration their taste and the nutritional diet recommended by their doctor.
Our recommendation to our nutrition department staff is to comply with the rules of cleanliness and to provide the high quality fresh food.
We care too much about respecting your nutrition habits and your religious beliefs.
5- جدول أوقات تقديم الوجبات:
يقدّم الفطور إعتبارًا من الساعة الثامنة صباحًا.
والغداء إعتبارًا من الساعة الثانية عشرة والنصف ظهرًا.
والعشاء إعتبارًا من الساعة الخامسة مساءً.
5- Schedule of serving meals:
Breakfast is served as from 8:00a.m, lunch from 12:30 p.m, while the dinner is served as from 5:00p.m.
6- الهاتف:
يتوفّر في كل الغرف لإجراء اتصالات خارجيّة بمجرّد الإتصال على الرقم المرمّز.
6- Telephone:
Each room is equipped with a telephone for external communications, just dial the symbolic number (available for the year 2003-2004).
7- الكافيتريا:
تفتح من الساعة السابعة صباحًا لغاية الساعة الثامنة مساءً وتقدّم فيها السندويشات والمرطبات على أنواعها وبعض الهدايا الرمزيّة للمرضى.
7- Cafeteria:
It opens from 7:00a.m till 8:00 p.m and offers sandwiches and refreshments.
Some symbolic presents also exist for patients to whom you wish quick recovery.
